Mr. Ashok Kumar Todi

Mr. Ashok Kumar Todi, son of Late Girdharilal Todi, is a commerce graduate and has been engaged in the hosiery business for over five decades. He had joined the business at a very early age and has expertise in marketing the products of Lux and making strategies for the growth & expansion of the business across India. He has formulated various schemes for distributors, retailers, and consumers from time to time. He is also involved in various philanthropic activities through organisations across the nation.
Mr. Pradip Kumar Todi

Mr. Pradip Kumar Todi, son of Late Girdharilal Todi, graduated in Commerce and looks after the manufacturing functions and product development for the Company. He has rich technical knowhow of the hosiery sector and his expertise is in the areas of developing new patterns, yarn combinations and knitting technologies which have helped the Company introduce new and innovative products. His efforts towards decreasing production costs and introduction of new products have helped Lux strengthen margins.
Mr. Udit Todi

Mr. Udit Todi, son of Shri Pradip Kumar Todi, has pursued M.Sc. in Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and Economics (Hons) from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi. He has been instrumental behind launching Company’s brand Lyra, which has been emerging as the market leader. He is also involved in setting up new manufacturing facilities with cost optimisation, besides expanding the women’s wear segment into a complete range including innerwear and athleisure.

Mr. Saket Todi, son of Shri Ashok Kumar Todi, has completed his post-graduation in Brand Management from Mudra Institute of Communications (MICA) and has extensive knowledge in marketing. He has been actively involved in the premiumisation of the Company’s brand ONN and its export market. He has introduced in-house capacity for stitching for better quality and cost control. He helped the Company expand its footprint across 24+ countries.

Mr. Nandanandan Mishra, son of Sri Baikunthnath Mishra, Former Director General of Income Tax (Administration), Joined IRS in 1966 and has huge experience in senior level administration, a specialist in tax administration, professional knowledge and experience in the fields of industry , commerce, business and corporate management.

Mr. Snehasish Ganguly

Mr. Snehasish Ganguly, son of Sri Chandi Das Ganguly was selected as Captain of West Bengal Cricket Team in 1993. He has also represented West Bengal in Ranji Trophy, Deodhar Trophy and Dalip Trophy for number of times. At present he is engaged in business and having vast knowledge and experience in all the fields of business especially in printing and packaging.

Mr. Kamal Kishore Agrawal is CA by qualification. He has over 30 years of rich experience in Tea Industry. He joined Jayshree Tea & Industries Ltd in 1997 and retired in 2004 as President of Upper Assam and Cachar Tea Estates. He is associated with Lux Industries Limited as an Independent Director since 2008.
Mrs. Rusha Mitra

Mrs. Rusha Mitra has spent over a decade at Khaitan& Co. after having graduated from W.B. National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata in the year 2008. She is specialized in corporate restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, demergers, reconstructions and reorganization. She also have considerable experience in various other areas of practicing and advising clients, in relation with various aspects of law, including commercial and civil litigation. She is presently holding the position of Partner at Khaitan& Co.
Mr. Rajnish Rikhy

Mr. Rajnish Rikhy is a law graduate and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University. He also holds a Management Development Diploma from IIM Ahmedabad. He has over 30 years of industry experience in sales, marketing, strategy, corporate, HR, operations and PL functions. Mr. Rikhy has worked and advised clients across Pharma, FMCG, Education, Auto, Media and SME Sectors. He has served as the Chief Revenue Officer at TV Today Network Ltd (India Today Group); and was also associated with BCCL (The Times Group) as Director- Response. He has also served as the Group CEO & Business Director at Kantipur Media Group (KMG), the largest media conglomerate in Nepal,where he was responsible for the PL of all the four companies of the group.

Mrs. Ratnabali Kakkar is a graduate in BA (Hons) from University of Calcutta and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Finance & Marketing) from Indian Institute of Management IIM, Calcutta. She has over 40 years of rich experience in Banking, Financial Services and Wealth Management Industry. Her areas of expertise are Revenue Growth, Strategic Planning & Execution, Team Leadership & Development, Governance and Risk, Client Acquisition Management, etc. Mrs. Kakkar has served various Private Banks based in London as Director & Senior Relationship Manager. She has founded and developed Magellan Wealth Management, Private Boutique Multi Family Office, a successful multiple family office based in London providing ultra-high net worth South Asian, African and Western European families a platform for wealth planning, inter-generational wealth transfer and philanthropy.
